A clear, straightforward breakdown of when refunds apply to our Windows VPS/RDP and Linux VPS plans.
Last updated: 17 September 2026
New Linux VPS orders are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of activation if the service is unused and cancelled.
Windows VPS/RDP plans include a licensed OS activated at deployment, so license fees are non-refundable once a server is provisioned.
Most performance or configuration issues can be resolved by our 24/7 support team — open a ticket before requesting a refund.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Eligibility depends on the type of plan you ordered:
Monthly renewal charges are not eligible for a refund once the new billing cycle has started. If you upgrade to a higher plan (for example LINUX-8 to LINUX-16, or WINDOWS-12 to WINDOWS-24), the price difference is charged pro-rata and is non-refundable once the upgraded resources have been provisioned. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to reflect in your account. Refunds for UPI/card payments are processed through the same gateway used at checkout.
Please contact our billing team before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing concerns can be resolved directly and faster this way. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of all associated services while the dispute is investigated.
