Please read these terms carefully before using our Windows RDP and Linux VPS hosting services. By ordering a service from DMXHost, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any DMXHost Windows VPS/RDP or Linux VPS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all customers, resellers, and visitors of DMXHost, and govern the use of every plan listed on our VPS & RDP Servers page.
2. Our Services
DMXHost provides Windows VPS/RDP (WINDOWS-4 to WINDOWS-32) and Linux VPS (LINUX-2 to LINUX-32) plans, each provisioned with the vCPU, RAM, NVMe disk, bandwidth and network uplink advertised on the relevant pricing page at the time of order.
3. Accounts & Billing
You must provide accurate, current information when registering on portal.dmxhost.com and keep your account credentials confidential. All plans are billed monthly in advance in INR unless a different cycle is agreed in writing.
Services are provisioned only after payment is confirmed. Failure to pay a renewal invoice by its due date may result in suspension, and continued non-payment may result in permanent data deletion after the grace period noted on your invoice.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Our Windows and Linux servers may not be used, directly or indirectly, for any of the following:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension without prior notice and without a refund, at DMXHost's sole discretion.
5. Uptime & Support
We target 99.9% network and power uptime across our datacenters. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Technical support is available 24/7 via phone, email and ticket for server-level issues; support for in-guest OS software, custom applications, or third-party licenses is provided on a best-effort basis.
6. Data & Backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of data, configurations and applications on your VPS/RDP. While DMXHost may offer optional backup add-ons, we do not guarantee recovery of lost data and are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, user error, malware, or account termination.
7. Suspension & Termination
DMXHost may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or abuse that threatens the security or stability of our network. You may cancel a service at any time from your client portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMXHost's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the billing period the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
